Time allowed for the Test
The first full test will take between one and a half and two hours. This is broken down as follows:
Form filling and a full discussion of your health issues takes approximately 20 minutes Testing is for 45 to 60 minutes Discussion on the results and how to carry out the elimination of foods and alternatives to eat, drink and environmental products to use is for 30 minutes
Other practitioners take half this time and charge similar prices. The length of time is due to the number of foods and additives that are tested. You will also receive a highly detailed explanation of which foods you can and cannot eat and an explanation that is tailored to your individual needs. Again other practitioners will charge extra for analysis of the results and how to proceed in the future.
Should you wish to have a 2nd appointment (after the 3 months of exclusion of a food) it will take between 45 mins and 1 and a quarter hours.
